Ok, I just figured up the numbers of buck/doe kids so far this year. I've found that *so far*, its at 36 bucklings and 47 doelings. Now just watch......I'll get all bucks for the rest...... Laughing

36 bucklings.
47 doelings.

15 sets of triplets.
17 sets of twins.
4 singles.

i had two does that went to another herd before they kidded. if i count them in too then i would have

2 quads 2 does 6 bucks Shocked
2 tripplets 3 does 3 bucks not too bad Rolling Eyes
3 twins 2 doe 4 bucks
1 single 1 doe

i still hope for some more does Wink

So far we have 5 does and 1 buck.

Willow, 2 year old 2nd freshener Kiko/Boer cross - twin does
Millie, 6 year old 5th freshener Nubian - twin buck/doe
Libby, 2 year old FF Nubian - twin does

Three more does left to kid.... Very Happy

Pygora > triplets 2 boys 1 girl (all white)
Pygora > 2 boys (one silver, one all white)
Nubian X > 1 boy 1 girl (both white with black spots)
Pygmy X> 1 girl (very colorful spotted)
Boer X Nubian> 1 Huge boy (red head boer)
Boer X> 1 big girl (all white with long ears)
and many more to kid yet. Hopefully lots of does, fingers crossed.

Total> Boys= 6
Total> Girls= 4

So far we have had four bucks and three does. So far out of Apex (my yearling herdsire) we have five bucks and five does. I still have three does left to kid.

Hi, new to the forum here Very Happy
My Sable Buck bred 5 does this year
Nubian, age 5 kidded- 2 bucks(she usually kids 3)
Alpine, age 5 kidded-3 bucks
Sable x Saanan, age 6/7 kidded -2 does, 1 buck
2 Nubian x( both sisters) age 1 kidded - 1 buck ea. & 1 doe ea.(2 B, 2 D)
Good for butcher sales in this area.
This is the first year I used this buck on everyone. He did good. But no color showing. Some Sable he is!

I haven't posted here in SOOO long!! To give ya'll an update if anyone remembers me, we are not moving to Eastern Oklahoma in the end of August....more later Wink.

The buck/doe ratio so far (3 does left to kid) for this year is,
6 sets of twins- 5 doelings, 7 bucklings
3 singles - 2 doelings, 1 buckling
2 sets of triplets - 2 doelings, 4 bucklings

21 kids total, 3 does to go.

That makes us even with the buck and does now with one more doe due. I think she's going to give me a single doe, she's taking her time uddering up.
